Our return policy is effective for 30 days after purchase. If 31 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging unopened.
Consumable goods are not eligible for return.
E-books are not eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or invoice and return tracking number.
Services provided cannot be refunded.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, sale items are not returnable.
You are responsible for shipping costs on returned items, and must have tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as this is out of our control.
We work hard to insure that your order, when received, arrives in perfect condition. There are times, however, when damage may occur in shipping do to conditions out of our control.
If you receive a product which has arrived broken, contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) so we can work on a solution to the problem and help to replace your order.
Please keep ALL packing materials (including product box, if it came with one). The only way credits or replacements may be authorized is by returning the entire package to us.
Returns for Non-Consumable Items
Contact us immediately (no longer than 7 days of receipt of the order) so that we can begin the return process for you.
Items that have been opened, damaged or in anyway altered from their original packaging are not accepted for return.
The product must be sent back in the original packaging.
Please pack your items carefully! Customers are responsible for the return postage as well as the condition in which the items are in, once it gets back to us.
Returns on Consumables
We are unable to accept any returns on consumable products, including raw food and any other consumable item.
We pride ourselves in our attention to detail, but occasionally, mistakes do occur in fulfilling orders. If you find this is the case, contact us immediately (no longer than 7 days of receipt of the order) and we will replace or rectify the mistake immediately.
